PGWP - Applied from inside Canada, is this considered a missing document?

So, I have completed 2 1+1 year programs, and have applied for a PGWP. I merged my 2 letters of completion into one. But the transcript from 2nd prgram showed my 1st program marks and everything which was in the transcript I got for 1st year program (they are from same college). So, I just uploaded the 2nd year program's transcript as it had all the combined info.

So, my question is - do I raise a webform and send the 1st year program's transcript, just to be safe?

The transcripts show proof of the duration of the programs. In my opinion, when you uploaded both letters of graduation, you should've uploaded both of the transcripts.

Okay I will send in the webform then. Although the info in first transcript is fully contained in second transcript. I thought any logical immigration officer would get it.. but not taking any chances. What if someone is having a bad day haha
