PGWP application and medical exam

I applied for my PGWP in February with my medical exam uploaded. I have received my permit copy but it has not got the conditions removed and my medical has not been updated in GC key . What are my next steps ? What can I do ?

Slow way to change it is to follow this process to change the conditions:

Fast way is to flagpole and try to do it at a US/Canada land border.
