PGWP and spouse work permit extension

Hello,

i have a question that my wife is on study permit and i am on open work permit. She completed her study this month and we want to apply her PGWP and my extension as they will expire on 31st march 2021. I have following questions,

1. can we both apply together?
2. Is it necessary that she should have the noc b job and pay stubs? What if i am working on NOC B job?? Can we use my job letter and pay stubs??

1. Yes. You can apply together
2. Yes. It's mandatory that she have a NOC A, B or 0 job. No, you cannot use your job letter and pay stubs. It must be her.
