Hi, So here is my situation: I am currently on a study visa, and I will be applying for a PGWP in September. I will have a skilled NOC B position. My study visa expires on November 31st, as does my partner's who is on a spouse open work permit. My partner has a skilled job, also NOC B and would like to continue working. I understand that processing times for the PGWP are lengthy, and I wonder whether my partner can apply for an extension along with the PGWP while it's still processing? Thanks!

As long as you are already working in the NOC B job and can provide a few pay slips and an employment letter, then yes.

Ok thanks, I was worried that she may have to stop working while the PGWP was being processed!
