PGWP - And Spouse Open work Permit

Hello ,
I'm international Student , and will apply for Graduate Diploma for 1 years from Memorial University . i never visited Canada Before.
After completing my studies ,shall i be eligible for Post Graduate Work Permit ?

And During My PGWP , Is it possible for my spouse to apply for Open Work Permit

All explained on the IRCC website. You need to be working in a job classified as 0,a or b for a spouse work permit , not easy given you will only get a 1 year PGWP.
