hello all

please help. My study ended in last week of April and I am about to apply for my pgwp soon. My spouse's open work permit is rejected recently and he is in India right now. I need an advise can I apply for my pgwp and his Sowp together or not?? I will start my fulltime NOC B job once I apply pgwp.

As long as you have 3 paystubs and employment letter then you can apply for his SOWP. How long is your PGWP for?

i havent applied for pgwp but my course was for 2 years so most probably they will give for 3 years.
