Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I submitted a PGP sponsorship application in Jan 2014 (when the program re-opened). My applications financial evaluation was filled out on the basis of total family size of 5 people (husband, my son, me, mother and father). Now I am due to deliver my 2nd baby in may 2014. And CIC say that we need to notify them immediately of the change in circumstance like birth of a child. Luckily I still quality for 6 people LICO for years 2011, 2012, 2013. So must I resubmit the financial eval form after the birth of the my 2nd baby?

And will my application be assessed based on 2010, 2011, 2012 income (based on original submission date) or 2011, 2012, 2013 ( because my circumstances changed in may and by then 2013 NoA will be available for me to submit)

Since the baby will be born in 2014, the family size increases to 6 and as you know CIC will check income until the sponsorship is approved so going forward 2014+ - it will as per 6. Once you get some kind of confirmation you can let them know OR at a later stage when they actually send the approval letter ( looking at 20XX ) where they mention to notify them about increase in family size.

Going by the date ( year ), they will probably ask for Option C from 2014 till that year of the letter

Thanks User828. I called up the CIC rep recently and asked about the same thing. They said that all I have to do when the 2nd baby is born is to submit the birth certificate to CPC-M and wait for further instructions (no additional documents needs to be submitted). They said that they have no idea what documents will be requested from CIC, nor do they know how my financial evaluation will be done to determine my eligibility for sponsorship. So I guess i am stuck in limbo until I hear from them :-\

Don't send anything yet. Just wait as there is lot of time.

Whenever they get around to the actual assessments/decisions, they may ask at that time for documents, or they may not.
Don't send anything unless they ask.
