PGP Medical Insurance

My Parents have been here for almost 5 years on a Supervisa and have had the required Medical Ins with one of the travel insurance companies. Recently my Dad had to have medical attention. This is the first time that a payment has been made by the insurance company and they are only paying a fraction of the claim. The policy that we have covers only emergency and accident treatment. Does anyone know of a company that has benefits for PGP s on a Supervisa with better coverage. Would really appreciate some info in this matter.

There are no insurance policies that cover regular medical treatment for visitors.
