PGP inland processed faster? Proof

Hello everyone. I have been asking questions inline to having my parents here (supervisa holders) prior to submitting the PGP application (got invited) and a lot of people have been very helpful so far.

However, I just came across the immiTracker - https://immitrackerpro.com/ca/pgp - if I sort it by sponsor decision (approved), one can see that the inland applications (specifically, Local Visa Office for most successful ones are based in Canada - Missisauga).

Other similar applications for PGP but outland either are later or not processed.

Could someone else please shed some lights on this and share their experience? In case I am wrong, I apologize.

Past processing doesn’t dictate processing for PGP2021. As economic immigration increases that will likely be prioritized. No point trying to make your plans based on potential processing differences.
