Hello Folks I have question regards to Biometrics requirement.
My parents have visited Canada 3 times in the past 10 years under visitor visa and as a USA green cardholder so i am not sure if biometrics will be required for them or not,
so i guess i'll pay the Biometrics fees upfront since i am not sure and do not want to delay the application. I am just wondering how does the biometric requirement is fulfilled? is it completed later in the application review process and i don't need to do anything at this moment, or do i need to do anything before i submit my application? Also in case biometric is not required will the biometric fee charge be returned back. can you please share any experience . Thank you so much
