PGDBA from SCDL valid for ECA CANADA

Dear friends,

Is 2years PGDBA(marketing management) done from scdl, pune valid for ECA Canada as am checking SCDL is a UGC approved which is required by the Canada assessing authority for distant learning course .

Also please tell is it OK to get attestation on PGDBA certificate copy and marksheet from SCDL OR do I need to get attestation on the transcript which I have to ask from SCDL because Scdl has only sent me post diploma certificate copy and it's maksheet.


Pls help as am in 1st stage of Canada Pr visa application.

Can any one tell me how to apply for transcripts from SCDL. and is it accessed by WES or not?
