PGD (Virtual University, Pakistan) equivalency from IQAS?

I am very confused about PGD, as I want to do PGD to claim more points in CRS to enter the pool.
Before I did BSCS (4 years) but with bachelors I see my points are 429 but when I select "Two or more degrees" option from qualification, that increase my points to 462, so my question is, will IQAS give equivalency with BSCS (4 years) and PGD IT (1 year) from VU University, Pakistan? Which is equivalent to "Two or more degrees" option from CRS tool? Should I do PGD?

I do not know about IQAS but I think WES ha VU in their university pool.

Okay, if WES is giving then it is also a good news, but I want to make sure from someone who already got it, I have a lot of answers from others but no one is sure about it.
