PGD or MBA in Vancouver ?

Hi all..i am thinking to apply for student visa most probably in Vancouver.the reason is that my sister have PR and living over there.
my profile is
10th = 84%
12th = 75%
BBA = 3.1/4 in 2014
Ielts = 6
No Gmat
currently working in bank more than six month of permanent post. kindly respond these questions

1) Suggest good college for PGD or MBA in Vancouver because i have intention to live with my family.
2) VIU is offering MBA just for 14 month i am wanting 2 year program
3) Having my sister there is plus or negative point for me
4) maximum bank statement and for how much period ?

i think mba is always better, also more expensive .
