guys is this possible..

now, i will apply using 1 year PG diploma course.. when i reach canada, i will change into 2 year PS diploma course.

is this possible or not?

Once u reach there then u can change course and course level but if course level changed then u have to inform CIC...But changing to low level course can be a problem ...
