Hello Everyone

I wanted to get ECA for my PG diploma course from India. Should I ask my PG university as well as my UG university to send the transcripts separately to WES? From Dec 1, 2018 they do not accept if the students send the transcripts directly to them.

Who ever completed PG diploma ECA, could you please provide your suggestion/direction.
