I completed my BTECH degree in[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt] industrial engineering[/size][/size][/size] and now i want to change my subject to computer science
I came to know that i am not allowed to do masters as i change field so i should opt for pgdiploma

now i am confused that pgdiploma in college or universities?is there any added advantage doing pgdiploma in universities?

and also suggest me which state is preferable computer science and IT field and i am planning to apply for jan2015 intake so when should i start my application process
