Personal Worth Statement question

Dear Senior Please advise;
I received a letter requesting personal worth statement. I have sth uncertain and need your help:
there are 2 items in the form:
1. Funds to Accompany: Q: is this the money I will bring in first landing?
2. Assets to Be Transferred Later: Q: Does this mean all the money I will transfer to Canada after first landing or sth else?. If I fill in less than what I have in this item and later I bring in more money, will they impose tax or sth like that on me?
