What step in the application process are you? For the PR application (not PR Card) you have to include a Digital Photo at a minimum of 600dpi. I simply asked the Photo studio to email me the photos rather than printing it out for me, because I found a lot of scanners do less than 600dpi.
For the PR Card application (done for you during the PR Landing) you simply provide the agent with 2 physical photos. They'll mail this for you to the CIC office in Sydney, NS.

Hello, i am at the PR application phase, its mentioned on the CIC website under the documents checklist, there you can find the photo specifications in the pdf are mentioning the back side of the picture to include these details (my name and DOB, studio address and date pf picture)
You may be looking at the wrong link - what you're quoting here is for the PR Card photo.
For your online PR application, you simply need to provide a digital copy (with certain specifications) of your photo. No other information has to be provided.
For this photo, we just provided a digital photo of the size required (I can't remember what that was off the top of my head). We just took these ourselves, against a white background (our fridge!!) and that was fine.
