Personal Loan during PGWP

Can i take a personal loan during pgwp ?I have a lender who is willing to provide me loan for $3000. Does it have any impact on my pr cec application ? I recently filed my pr and waiting for ita.
I need this money to help me out of my current financial situation like taking care of my credit card debt.
