what should be the answer to below question, I hav never worked for military or government organisation

Have you listed all of ABC periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that ABC belongs to (if any)?

I have already added my current job and studies in last 10 years.

You have to list all government or military services/positions(if any) and any membership of professional or other organizations.

so If I have listed my current profession and there no other option left to be added then do I need to anser it yes or Not Applicable ?
