My sister is confused filling out the personal history form. She studied mba at a canadian school from jan 2015- jan 2017 and after studies took a three month on project management until april 2017. Also she did part time jobs from august 2015-april 2017. So for the entire duration, can she only write education from jan 2017- april 2017 and not mention the part time jobs. Also for may 2017 she was partly employed in a labor job and quit the job and was unemployed for the rest of the month. Can she just write unemployed for that month and not mention partial employment in a restaurant? Please advice.
Thanks for the reply. But her primary activity was education and not employment for that time period. When we called cic they said mention primary activities only. That is why confused. Also she was unemployed for a month after quitting
It doesn't matter, there can be overlap in her personal history. Ignore what the idiotic customer service people have told you, other applicants have gotten in trouble for failing to provide an accurate personal history.
Thanks for your advice. Before mba she was in uk and did various temporary jobs for agencies. She does not remember dates and agencies. Do you know any cases where application was rejected not mentioning history properly?
Also for a given year she has notice of assessment with qualifying job income reported, and notice of reassessment with some late t4 slip income adjusted. Can she give the notice of assessment where qualifying job income is reported or both?
Just my experience- I was working part time as well while completing my education in Canada and also filed taxes for my pt job. For my personal history during that period, I filled it in just as education and didn't mention my part time job. I also didn't claim any points for that. I didn't have any problems. Of course, that doesn't mean your sister won't have any problems as well.
