Personal Details - Address for the last 10 years

While filling in the PR application, it asks to fill in the address of the places where we stayed in the last 10 years. Does it mean they will verify these addresses? Or is it just for a record?
I'm sure there are some places where I've stayed for maybe a year (back in 2015 or 2016) but no one can confirm that if they check and neither do I have any proof like electricity bills or rent agreement for those places.

Should I enter all the addresses or only those where people can verify that I had lived?
