Hello folks,
I need advice, I look forward seeking your help. I have recently got my permanent residency of Canada. I am interested in pursuing higher studies from Canada. My question is since I have not stayed nor staying in Canada will affect my tution fees? Will I still be eligible for domestic tution fees?
 
Once you become a landed PR then you qualify for domestic fees. Not sure what you mean about staying in Canada.
