I have a question about permanent job offer: AFAIK, any job offer would be of contract basis. I mean for any job offer there is a future contract which probably has an end date.
So, the question is what is a permanent job offer? Is a renewable year-to-year contract considered as a permanent one?
Would you please point me to some clear, comprehensive guide for defining a permanent job offer which can be used for applying as a skilled worker?
I think permanent job offer can be one with a contract where the contract is there to see your initial performance during a probation period. For example, i know someone who has a permanent job offer but it is only for 3 years. If his performance is good, then he can go get a job offer with no time limit. This is one of the way one can define a permanent job offer in the US.
But the problem is for applying for PR there should be an accepted Labor Market Opinion application for a permanent job. Also, it has been mentioned that the the permanent job offer is an offer without any determined end date!
So, it seems too vague to me. I am not sure what exactly is a permanent job offer.
