Hello, I am going for Soft landing soon, I will apply for my PR card during this trip and from what I have read it takes upto 3-4 months for the PR card to arrive. If i would like to go back prior to that, how can i be eligible for PRTD considering the application is asking for documents to meet the residency obligation when i don't qualify for any of the 4 options listed on IMM-5627E form. Does anyone has any idea what to do? How long does the PRTD process take?

As a PR of less than 1095 days, you can not be in non-compliance with the Residency Obligation requirements.
Therefore, you don't actually need to prove that you are. PRTDs for new PRs are relatively routine.
