Permanent resident travel document from India

I applied for my PRTD on 14 nov 2022 at online portal for permanent residence. I got a email from them asking for copies of all travel documents issued in last 5 years (including empty pages). They asked me to submit documents at office in 15 days but they didn't gave me any address. Email just says address your correspondence to the embassy, high commission or consulate processing your application. I wanted to know where do I send them the documents asked as it is almost 15 days and they aren't replying to my emails anymore.
