Permanent Resident to Sponsor Spouse from the Philippines

hi everyone i just want to know if there should be a minimum length of stay for a permanent resident to sponsor spouse? I just became PR last May 26, 2014 and started working July 2014 and I went home May 8, 2015 and got married May 24, 2015 in the Philippines, I just got back here in Canada this June22, and my husband and I are completing the forms. I came across the Sponsor Evaluation and there is a 12month preceding the application thing there? I got confused. So should it be from July2014-July2015 that I should put in there? Or is it okay that inclusive periods were July2014-Dec2014? Thanks in advance for everyone who'll help me.

There is no minimum time. You could get married and start sponsorship 1 day after you land as PR if you wanted.

Im confused about question #3 on IMM5481(Sponsor Evaluation). Its asking the net income for the 12month period preceding the date of application. I started working July 2014, is the amount that I should put in there the one in my notice of assessment for 2014? Or should I put July2014-July2015 income in which Ill just add my Net Income in 2014 plus the income I have from Jan-July 2015?

You got the idea, but don't include both July 2014 and July 2015 - that would be 13 months. It's either July 2014 to June 2015 or August 2014 to July 2015.

But Im on vacation from May-June22 2015 and have no income during these days?
