Good evening,
I landed in Tornto in December 2012 and I stayed only 2 weeks. I am the unique son of my father and mother. I left Canada and I could'nt come back because my mother is very sick and I have to look after her. I have medical reports and I want to come back end of August 2017. My PR expires end of January 2018. Can I come back and present my file to the immigration authorities to renew my PR as I may leave at any time in case of emergency?
Please advise.
