Permanent Resident Card Renewal Current Time Frame - UPDATED TIME FRAME INFO

I just wanted to post up my recent times in case anyone was wondering -



Mailed PR renewal from British Columbia on Sept 17, 2012

They received application on September 21, 2012.

Started processing on November 5, 2012.

Card approved on November 26, 2012.



I hope this information is useful, I was beginning to wonder because I hadn't received a letter or anything, but it looks like they didn't send a letter they just processed it.

That seems really fast! You will be expecting your card soon then.... ;D Hopefully I will have the same luck.

Yes - I was expecting it to arrive in December based on the dates showing on their website. Not hearing anything for a couple of months can make you worry a bit but I'm glad it worked out okay.

Well I must really lucky. I m waiting for mine I,applie from ontario. They,recieved application on 13sep. Started processing on 31 oct. So far no luck

Do you mind sharing with us about your case? Do you travel outside Canada at all ? Or you have submitted a very clean application with lots of proofs?
