Permanent Residency Visa Applictaion Cancelled??

I submitted my permanent residency visa application through express entry a month ago, received an email today saying my application was cancelled for being incomplete. They mentioned that I had not submitted a police clearance from Zimbabwe, which i definitely did. They also said they are refunding my application fee and I'd have to start my application from scratch by entering the pool again. Has anyone been through something like this? is there a way to get them to look at the application again without cancelling the whole process?

It might be more trouble than it's worth. The only way they would reopen it is if the mistake was on their part and it would still take a bit of time.

Are you completely sure you uploaded the right document? Maybe you made a mistake and uploaded another one.

Furthermore, did you comply with all PCC requirements? Is your PCC in English or another language? If it's in a other language, did you upload the original and the certified translation? Also, did you scan it in color?

What's your CRS score?

I am completely sure, i even checked the name of the document i uploaded on the profile, it was in colour and in English. my score is 470

Well, if you are completely sure everything was correct with the PCC (right document, English, scanned of the original in colour, issued after the last time you stayed there), they should reopen the application.

However, with 470, you could just get another ITA in the next draw (most likely next Wednesday) and proceed with another application.

Do enquire a bit more on this forum. Try to find a reason why they might have rejected the PCC. If you don't find any, well, you can either proceed to request to reopen the application or make a new one.

Yes i suppose getting another ITA won’t be too hard. I’ll read more on why the PCC was rejected. Thank you for the help!
