Permanent Residency via Express Entry: Change of Address

Hi Guys,

I recently got mail from canada immigration department asking me to submit my passport for stamping along with photographs in VFS Delhi.. However I recently moved to Berlin, Germany for work.

Will I have to go back to India for this submission or can it be done from Germany?

I have sent mails explaining my case to the following email id's::
CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca - Immigration office
delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca - High Commission in Delhi

Unfortunately no response so far. The mail also says I need to submit passport within 30 days. Could you please let me know if there is any other contact number I can reach out to regarding my case..
