Permanent residency travel document for minor

hlo i m jass,
Me and my family went to canda from india in 2006 as permanent residents.but due to some personal family problems my parents have had to return to india permanently as i was too young at that time so i had to accompany them.my PR card was expired in 2012.now i m 18 my birth date is 04.12.2000.now i want to study in canada and for that i cleared IELTS exam and scored 7band .then we applied for Travel document on 10october 2018 when i was 17 and still we are waiting for the response from embassy.can i will get travel document for canada.we are waiting for PRTD for about two months.how long this process take.?please advise me !

I think it is pretty unlikely that you will hear by then but it is impossible for me to say.

No it just means it could be many months before you get a reply. You are asking for an exception not a normal PRTD process.

Ohk thanks .i m totally confused this time.because i didn't start any study in india .i want to study in canada only and for this i did IELTS and then we applied for PRTD.Now my only hope is on PRTD.now i m also not able to apply for student visa because my passport is in process.
