Hello. My wife and I just got married. She is from Belgium and I'm a Canadian. We are now living in Canada and she's on her visitors visa at the moment. She's currently working on getting her credentials from Belgium recognized in Canada so that she can work as a nurse here.

We need some advise on where to start on the permanent residency process. There is so much paperwork to do and it can get overwhelming. It would be helpful to list what we should do step-by-step.

Thank you!

The guide and checklist are pretty straightforward.
