You mean July 30th 2019? You got your AOR in almost 15 days? Is it inland or Outland?

Anybody has an idea about the average time it takes from File received till AOR.

Hi,

I am also going to apply for a paper-based application. I have alreday received my nomination (PhD graduate stream) but I am not sure if I need to include an English test or not?
