Hi sr. I just want to ask, can i apply my husband for an open work permit while our application for permanent residency is on process. My husband just had a medical here in canada for permanent residency. thank you..

Check the letter that CIC sent to your husband after it was decided he is eligible for PR, it must have been stated there is he can apply for OWP or not
