Permanent Residency + Implied Status

Hi All,

So with the problems i am having with my LMIA application i am considering going down the route of PR.

Now, my question is, once i apply for PR and all my forms have been sent, do i then have implied status until a decision has been made?

Bare in mind i have already change my status over to visitor while i am waiting for the outcome of my LMIA.
