I am a Ph.D. student at Quebec university. I have all criteria to apply for CSQ and then for permanent residency. However, I would like to start new study program which it means that I need to ask again for the new study permit.
As I know if I am going to apply for the new study permit, I can not apply for the work permit (skill worker) at the same time???
My question is how I can apply for permanent residency in Quebec or somewhere else in Canada, in the case that I want to start new study program.
Is there any application which can be suite for my situation? Or I should first apply for work permit and after getting my permanent residency, start new study program?
