permanent residency application via express entry criteria

Hy all,

I have done my 2 year diploma in Ontario and have one year NOC B exp. i have my IELTS exam and my overall score is 456. i have not created any express entry profile yet . i have got a better job offer in other province what i would like to know if i moved there can i apply for Permanent Residency via express entry considering the condition that my work experience and education was in Ontario. in short, does it affect the PR application if u move from one province to another

As long as you are not moving to Quebec, you are good to go.
