Hello
I have applied for PR under Quebec skilled worker class. My file is under process in New York office. I got married recently (January-2013) and updated my file to add my spouse's name. Immigration Canada has sent the medical request for my spouse and they have also asked for the CSQ of my spouse. Now I have submitted the application to Quebec CSQ office for addition of my spouse name in my existing CSQ. Last week they sent me an e-mail stating that they need French course certificate of my spouse (DELF or TEF). I was married in January-2013 so in any case it is not possible for me to submit this certificate. As I only have to add my spouse name in my existing CSQ (which I received in Feb-2011), is it necessary for me to submit French course certificate. Immigration Canada has given me a deadline of one month (until 6-June-2013) to submit CSQ of my spouse.
Please guide
