I just got approved for my status for PR and am now trying to navigate how to get my OHIP card for Ontario health insurance.
I have a service Ontario picked out and I also have all my documents ready there is just a bit on the OHIP application that confuses me.
I applied for PR via inland spousal sponsorship. I have been living in Canada since 2013 on both study and work permits.
The OHIP application is asking me where I moved from before my PR status, but my residence now is the same as before my PR status. The only thing that has changed is im no longer on a temporary visa, im a PR now.
Should I be putting my current address? prior Canadian address? or my last American address before I came here to study in 2013?

Hi--so I dug up my OHIP Registration form to check to see what I put when I applied. If you're referring to the first question on form 0265-82, under Section B, I put my last U.S. address (even though I had been living in Canada for a hot minute before I got Inland PR). Hope this helps!
