Permanent Residence file number - how can I get it?

I need to tell CIC whether I have a "Permanent Residence (PM) file number" (from my last year's application for PR under FSWP). Does anybody know where I can get it? My last year's application was returned due to cap; it has a UCI (filled in with pencil in one of the forms) but I cannot find the PR file number mentioned anywhere.

1. Leave it blank, if you application was returned then you don't have a file no. If you have had other dealings with CIC, then you use your UCI.

Thanks, I just put "N/A" in that field.
