Hi guys, my husband and I apply for a permanent residence on September 2021. We got a letter from ircc dec 3 saying is that our application was approved, we answered that email with our information they requested but they haven’t send us the credentials for PR portal yet, so it’s been more than a mont, what do we Have to do? Any suggestions?
