Hey,

I am an international student from Ireland. I am in my second year as a PhD student and I am trying to determine my PR options. ANy advice, I have been a TA while here and a TA in ireland as well.

TA as in teaching assistant ? Well i'd suggest you to complete your PhD first and then apply under Canadian experience class if you meet the requirements. Alternatively, you can choose a province that offers PR after completion of PhD, I think British Columbia had an immigration program for PhDs, not sure if it's still on going though.
