I had applied for PR in Canada under Canadian experience class in July 2018. My PR got refused in August 2018 due to incomplete documentation. But my medical examination step was passed.
Now I am all set to re apply and submit a new application on October. Do I need to do another upfront medical examination. Or can the same report be used when I reapply.
Please respond on this.

Thanks for your quick reply. Could you please help me with another query.
My husband came to Canada on Open work Permit and we attained India Police clearance from Indian Consulate in Canada for both of us.
My husband has now travelled back to India. Does he need to submit a new India Police clearance from India or the same one will suffice for new application.

If the PCC is less than 6 months old, he can use the same application. OR
If it is more than 6 months old, but he did not stay 6 months or longer when he went back, he can use the same PCC.
So he can apply using the one he already has, but keep in mind that the VO can ask for a new one. If they do ask for a new one, you have to get it.
