I would like to ask how one may go about securing a permanent job that's required for most PNPs.
For someone who has a PGWP, which is a temporary work permit, whatever job offers I get are either temporary or till the expiry date of the work permit.
But PNP requires a permanent job offer. Would anyone have any insights or advice on what kind of companies are willing to give permanent job offers?

You are confusing the validity of your work permit with the nature of the job offer. These are two separate things. Plenty of people on temporary work permits (including PGWPs) have permanent job offers. Being on a PGWP doesn't prevent you from securing a permanent job offer.
In terms of how you get one, you need to apply for jobs through LinkedIn, Indeed and directly through employer websites (this is probably the best option). Focus on jobs that are listed as "permanent" vs. "contract". Note that in addition to having a permanent job, some provinces also require employers to complete additional paperwork which employers are not always willing to do. Ontario would be a good example of this. And any of the big banks (for example) are not willing to do the additional paperwork. So they are not viable employers for this purpose.

Just to note that for job offer through PNPs (don’t know what province) but your employer must support your nomination, meet employer eligibility requirements and fill out all the paperwork for the job offer. It is more than just a job offer so assume your employer is willing to support you.
