I am landing in Vancouver but will provide a friend's address in Toronto for the PR card to be sent, since I do not yet know/have a permanent address in Vancouver.
1. Is it ok to provide address in another province? Has anyone done this?
2. When the PR card arrives at the address, can anyone collect it, or will they hand it over ONLY to me? If someone else can collect on my behalf, should they present a copy of my passport or some other letter?
