Period of Stay in Canada/Out of Canda

I have two question regarding period of stay after getting PR:
1) Is there any minimum period one needs to stay after landing in Canada for the first time after getting PR? and
2) After getting PR, the maximum period for which one can stay out of canada (at a stretch or in breaks).

Please guide.

1 - No, you can leave immediately for all they care but make sure someone is able to receive your PR card.
2 - No such thing but you do have to stay in Canada for X number of days in order to renew your PR card.
