Is it necessary to be in atlantic province for 16 months for international student Graduate program during the course of study and if it is. Till date what date do they count the number of months.

For the AIPP -
  • have lived in an Atlantic province for at least 16 months in the 2 years before getting your degree, diploma or credential

OK my question is till what date they are calculating this period

It's not very clear what you are asking.

If you are asking when you can move out of the province, then the answer is that you should not move out of the province until after you have become a PR since otherwise you can expect the nomination may be canceled by the province.

one of the eligibility is that an candidate needs to be in atlantic province for atleast 16 months during the course of study. So I have calculated the number of months I was in atlantic province, from the day I landed in Canada, to the day I got my Degree and that duration is 15 months and 18 days. And I completed my degree in 20 Months, from which I left the atlantic province for 4 months. And I am still in atlantic Province. so my question is till what date they will calculate this period of 16 months.

You needed to live in the Atlantic provinces at least 16 months in the 2 years before you got your degree. So in the 20 months it took to complete your degree weere you in the province 16 months. You may be short.
