Has anyone who applied for their study permit in early February received their study permit as yet?

I applied for my study permit on the 14th of February to re-continue my studies in March/April. I've asked my school to issue me a new letter for September intake but I haven't received it as yet, is it possible that IRCC may deny my application because the time has gone?
