PEI PNP and Nova Scotia PNP

Hi all,

I'm Srividya. I am about to create my express entry profile. My CRS is 370.
My NOC: 2073 - S/w engineers and designers.

I am thinking of applying for PNPs.

Are PEI and Nova scotia good option for my NOC. Can anyone let me know the processing times for these?
Does Manitoba PNP require job offer?

HI, I am not sure about Nova scotia. But regarding PEI, they do not invite people based on any specific NOC's in demand. Their way of selecting people to invite is totally ambiguous. Considering you are in to software industry, there are good chances to try Saskatchewan INP, as they look for people who are experienced in IT. I am not sure if its currently open. Just browse through all other threads related to other provinces in this forum. You should get a fair idea.
